Inspired by an afternoon spent gazing at the sea , this work depicts the tranquility and transience of fading memories, with the Dolphin Restaurant in Yamate as its backdrop. The young woman returns to the restaurant alone, reflecting the bittersweet longing she feels as she returns to a place she once shared with her beloved. As she gazes out through the sparkling surface of the soda glass at a distant cargo ship, we can see her looking back at the past, with a sense of remorse, wondering if only she had been able to confess her feelings at that time, that they would still be here together. The bubbles in the soda glass symbolize a fading love, recalling past memories and emotions that fade with the passage of time. In the background, the words "Don't forget" (of the time we spent together) can be faintly read on a paper napkin.
